Meet the Vision Behind CMG
Sommer Shiels is an Australian-born journalist, director, and documentary filmmaker. She holds a Bachelor’s in Media and Communications from the University of Sydney and a Diploma in Journalism. Her career spans over 60 countries, blending investigative storytelling with global insight.
As a top media consultant in the aesthetics and beauty industry, Sommer has trained professionals for the spotlight and launched her own products on QVC. Her work is known for its authenticity, innovation, and emotional depth.
Currently, Sommer leads CMG’s creative direction, with two major documentary TV series in post-production—further proving her dedication to bold, global narratives.
